Trial run, sweet success

 I saw one candy machine video and got inspired. Complicated drawings for #2and #3 are already in process. But I decided that I should do a prototype.

Had to make one for myself this time.

Yup, a book clock. I used a real book from the thrift store, cut out the pages and installed a clockwork from the hobby store. Challenging and time counsuming but fun to have something that I made myself. The final challenge being that the book hung on a wall tended to swing open. Fixed it so that the clock stays shut thus being readable from anywhere in the room. Now my reading room is complete! 

Pop up birthday cards

 I had to create some birthday cards without running to my mother's craft room. I decided to do more pop up cards. I love creating these! I hope the ladies who get them love them too.

 I saw an overpriced pillow on a popular website. "It would be more fun to make them myself." I thought. Took a few trys but I got it!
